By using our site you agree to our policies and terms of service.
We offer a 100% return policy if we fail to start or deliver your order. Once your order has been started there are no refunds unless there is a situation where we cannot deliver your order. The return policy is limited to a duration of 30 days. By using our site you agree to contact us with any issues with your order and not initiate chargebacks at your bank. Our clients are very important to us and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.
There will be no refunds in the following situations:
- Ordering from multiple providers at once: Please only order from one service provider at a time. All of our systems are designed to stop a certain number of views, likes, etc. If you order from more than one person it will be unclear exactly how much you received from us and from them. This behavior completely voids the warranty and there will be no refunds.
- Ordering and waiting for the order to start or finish then email us and saying that you sent the wrong link. It is understandable that you may put the wrong link when ordering. Please send us an email via the contact us page if you ordered with the wrong link within a reasonable time frame after the order. We will change it for you. Please don’t do this 12 hours later because your order will likely be completed already. There will be no refunds.
Policy on fraudulent chargebacks:
We will vigorously go after anyone that orders on this site and does a fraudulent chargeback. Fraudulent chargeback means a chargeback that isn’t warranted. There are many different ways that this can happen but please know that we will come after you. This will involve law enforcement, your video (will be reported to authorities), and much more. We have systems in place to determine fraud and it will not be accepted here.

Like many other Web sites, www.UpYourViews.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

We offer a live chat function on our website. This gives our customers the ability to chat with us and have questions answered quickly. This chat service identifies people by ip address and customers have the ability to leave their email address for us to contact them later. No customers email address or information is shared with anyone ever. Its only used for us to provide a better customer support experience.
Our Mailing List (Mailchimp.com):
Customers have the ability to join our newsletter by choice. This gives us the right to email them with website news and discount codes. Anyone who joins our mailing list has the right to opt out at anytime. We will never give away, sell, or rent out these emails for any reason and are only used to stay in contact with the people on our list. You can opt out of our mailing list by emailing me at email@example.com or by clicking the opt out link that is in the bottom of every email that we send you.
